By recent resources, we can see that there is a problem in the education: sleeping. There is a huge difference between the metabolism of teenagers body and the children and adult bodies. These differences prevents teenagers sleeping before 11 p.m and waking before 8 p.m, so many of these adolescents fall asleep during class, 28% according to the National Sleep Foundation. Not to many people try to find solutions to this problem, but one of the found ways to improve sleep quality to teenagers is to change the time of the lessons ending it later. However this is not enough because other resources found that the non sleeping quality brings many problems to students. So if you have some solutions please post in the comments. Thank you.
